Cast mill rolls technical Process:

Modeling → smelting → centrifugal casting → cleaning → preliminary heat treatment → rough machining → differential heat treatment → finishing → packaging and delivery.

Temperature controlled cooling + annealing treatment after casting:
the microstructure transformation is more sufficient and the stress state is more stable.

The composition of the working layer adopts multi-element micro alloying technology:
 which takes into account wear resistance and accident resistance, and has better comprehensive performance.

The multi-layer composite technology: is adopted to effectively block the diffusion of high alloy content in the working layer to the core structure and ensure the strength and toughness of the core structure.

Differential heat treatment technology: is adopted to make the microstructure change fully and the stress distribution more stable and reasonable.

Electric arc furnace smelting → LF \ VD refining → ingot casting → annealing → cleaning → electroslag remelting → annealing → forging → post forging heat treatment → rough machining → preliminary heat treatment → semi finishing → dual frequency quenching or differential temperature treatment → cryogenic treatment → tempering → finishing → packaging and delivery.

On September 10, 2015, during the rolling process at a steel mill, HANI’s high-speed steel bar rolling experiment was conducted on Bar Line C12 (four cuts) and Bar Line C14 (three cuts to K1, K2, K3, and K4). Based on the trial results, the average steel throughput of HANI’s rolls reached approximately 50%–60% of that of alloy-based rolling rolls.
